Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Our policy runs for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and still in the same state as when you first received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
