Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock after the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
