Returns

Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be out of stock once the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
